Vision
To build my energetic and evidence-based bilingual clinic. To provide family-based chiropractic care and focus on pediatric and prenatal patients; as well as athletes, rehab therapy, wellness lifestyle and maintenance care.

I was first introduced to chiropractic when I was 15 years old after years of suffering from neck and back pain as a child and teenager. Chiropractic care proved to be a successful way for me to naturally manage my pain and optimize my general health and wellbeing. This motivated me to pursue a career in chiropractic.
I was born in Sudbury, ON and completed my Bachelor of Science Degree and Master of Science Degree at Laurentian University. I received my Doctor of Chiropractic Degree in 2018 from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto and graduated Magna Cum Laude. Throughout my schooling and clinical internships - both in clinic and hospital settings - I've acquired invaluable up-to-date clinical knowledge, and skills to better help my patients while taking into account best available clinical guidelines, and patient preferences.
Since having graduated, I have received additional hands-on experience in treating countless patient demographics including bodybuilders, high level athletes, pregnant women, children, seniors, and of course, individuals simply seeking pain relief and wanting to live a healthier lifestyle. I also have a special interest in treating conditions related to extremities.
In 2019, I went on to win the national Young Doctor of Chiropractic Award (Canada-wide) presented from the Alliance For Chiropractic. Later that same year, I became the Team Chiropractor for the Sudbury Laurels Gymnastics Team. I am completely bilingual and love helping my community achieve optimal health and wellness through chiropractic!

When I'm not at the office (or charting! I'm always playing catch up with patient charting and research), you can find me spending quality time with my friends and family. I enjoy hiking and getting outdoors with my husband Tyler, or sitting on my front porch curled up with a coffee; reading and snuggling with my cat, Flo or my energetic puppy Lil Red.
