Receptionist

Dr. Kass is HIRING a RECEPTIONIST at our prime South end location clinic in Sudbury, Ontario. We are an energetic and evidence-based bilingual chiropractic clinic with a passion for patient care. Our focus is family-based chiropractic that is interested in pediatric and prenatal care, as well as athletes, rehab therapy, wellness lifestyle and maintenance care. Two Souls Yoga and Dr. Kass are excited to add a second Receptionist to our team!
Our ideal candidate is:
-Enthusiastic about a healthy lifestyle
-Have exceptional communication skills and emotional intelligence to handle various situations at the front desk
-Have strong interpersonal skills as you will be interacting with a wide range of people in person, on the phone and via email
-Is organized and can multi task
-Is able to follow PIPEDA privacy and confidentiality laws
-A positive person and enjoys working as a team
-Understands how to use microsoft excel and/or google sheets (we use them alot to run reports!)
-Is handy on a computer and can troubleshoot networking issues when the wifi goes funky
The job duties include:
-Greeting Patients
- Answering phone calls and emails in a professional and welcoming manner
- Organize daily work flow
-Calling and scheduling appointments with patients
-Responding to patients' queries
-Educating patients on products, services, and office policies
-Run reports, troubleshoot network issues
- Process payments
-Perform light maintenance of reception area and treatment rooms
-Set up therapy rooms and keep them fully stocked; make timely requests for replenishment when needed
-Support and training on site are provided
Qualifications:
-High School (required)
-Receptionist or customer service experience (required)
-An interest in health and wellness
Job Type:
-Part-time 15-25 hours a week
Salary: $17-$20 per hour (depending on experience)
